Lesson 2 – Forms of Water

Our experiment to show the expansion of water when frozen left us with clear, visible results. The bottom of the bottles became convex and the bottles could no longer stand up unsupported. We left the lid on one bottle and the ice could be seen above the level of the drinking cap.
